HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

For Art-on-Demand products:

  1. You can start by searching the art you wish to order by browsing through subjects, artists, or rooms.
  2. The highlight of our Art-on-Demand products is that you can customize the sizes and finishes through our unique customization tool.
  3. We also provide View-in-room feature for you to better visualize the scale and dimension of your art in typical interior spaces.
  4. Once you've made your selections, you will be directed to the summary page where you can do the final check.
  5. We will ask you to sign-in or sign-up to place your order in the shopping cart.
  6. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions.

For Photos-to-Art products:

  1. Before you can use our Photos-to-Art feature, you need to sign-in or sign-up.
  2. Start by uploading any of your photos. Please make sure that your photos have good resolution to print. (Learn more)
  3. Our editing tools allow you to freely crop your images. If you're satisfied with your photo, you can select "Original Ratio" and type in the size you want.
  4. The highlight of our Photos-to-Art products is that you can also customize the finishes of your photos through our unique customization tool.
  5. We also provide View-in-room feature for you to better visualize the scale and dimension of your photo in typical interior spaces.
  6. Once you've made your selections, you will be directed to the summary page where you can do the final check.
  7. We will ask you to sign-in or sign-up to place your order in the shopping cart.
  8. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions.

For Photo Frames and Framed Art products:

  1. Place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image.
  2. We will ask you to sign-in or sign-up to place your order in the shopping cart.
  3. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and JCB. We also accept PayPal, BCA KlikPay, and Bank Transfer payments.

Credit cards: We partner with Doku payment gateway for all of our credit card payment methods. When you made a purchase with a credit card, you will be re-directed to Doku’s secured payment portal after filling in your important credentials at our website.

PayPal: For our international customers, you can make the purchase by using your PayPal account for an easier and more reliable transaction.  After filling in your important credentials at checkout, you will be re-directed to PayPal secured payment portal to complete your transaction.

BCA KlikPay: For customers holding BCA (Bank Central Asia) account, we accept BCA KlikPay payments through Doku payment gateway. When you made a purchase with BCA KlikPay, you will be re-directed to Doku’s secured payment portal after filling in your important credentials at our website.

Bank transfer: You can also make your payment through bank transfer. Please make sure to complete your payment within 24 hours after your purchase, otherwise your order will be automatically canceled. If you have completed the bank transfer, kindly log-in back and complete the Payment Confirmation Form that can be found in your Murigoart.com’s account. Fill-in all the required details and upload a copy of your bank transfer receipt (in .jpeg or .pdf format). Once we have received your payment and the completed confirmation form, our customer service team will notify you through e-mail within a period of 1–2 business days.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any form of cancellations for your purchased items at any given time. Please visit our Terms of Sale page to better understand our exchange policy. Sorry, we're unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual components. To make these adjustments, you will need to place a new order. There will be no refund to your existing orders.

 

PRIVACY & SECURITY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you enter your credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and we store your credit card number in encrypted form for a limited amount of time, and our employees do not have access to this information. We do not store PIN data or security codes.

Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your email address with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent. We use your personal information for internal purposes such as processing and keeping you informed of your order. You may receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you take advantage of special offers made by our marketing partners, we may transfer your personal information to them.
